About Breathing Exercise
Breathing exercise, as well as walking, is a type of aerobics.
You can burn fatty acid in your body, just by breathing.
Pretty amazing, isn't it!?
There are 2 ways to breathe.
To breathe with your stomach (abdominal respiration), and
with your chest (thorax respiration).
Both ways make us inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
