6. SOYMILK DIET
(1) Starting Point
Soymilk is a milky liquid that comes from soybeans that have
been boiled, grind down, and pressed (don't worry, it's completely legal).
Soybean is called "the meat in the plant world" because of it's merit
and value.
It can be considered as the representative player of natural health food,
since it's low calorie and contains well-balanced nutrients.
The nutrients inside soymilk is just about the same with soybean.

Hmmccsounds qualified enough for my diet.
In soybean you'll find "soybean saponin" and gsoybean peptide"
inside.
While the saponin slowdown the absorption of fat and sugar from your
swallowed food, the peptide prompt the burning of the fat you've unfortunately
absorbed (thank God for that).
We'll give you more detail later.
Of all the products using soybean, I recommend soymilk.
Why? 'Cause it's liquid.
Compare to the solid bean curd, the absorption of the nutrient is better.

So that's why.
Just remember one thing..
DRINK SOYMILK BEFORE YOUR MEAL, so that every element inside it can work
actively.
Plus, when you start your main meal, you will naturally eat less than
usual.
Wanna try one?
Well, you can easily find this light diet food in convenient stores for
24 hours.
Quite convenient, isn't it?

Can't wait to sneak one pack into my bag pack, later on.

Okay, then.
The first easiest simplest way for you to drink soymilk is just to drink
it as it is (what a shock).
Drink cold soymilk in the summer, and hot soymilk in the winter.

May I suggest drinking it before going to bed? One glass while you reading
a book, or something, can make you feel relax and calm.
<<How to prepare one>>
1. Microwave a glass of soymilk. Soymilk itself has its original
sweetness, so do not add any sugar or honey.
2. Take the thin skin (called "yuba") floated on your soymilk
surface with your finger, and eat it.
If you don't take it, the hot milk might splash onto your face, when
you're about to drink it.
So make sure you don't forget to do this important ritual.
3. Lifted the glass, and then sip your drink thoughtfully.
Do it while looking back at your activity today, while thinking about
your plan tomorrow, while reading a book, while doing your homework,
while getting a foot massage, or what ever.
Just relax, and enjoy your drink, by taking it at a time.

Buy regular bananas (the cheap ones are just fine).
Peel it, put it on a plastic bag, then put into the refrigerator.
The rest is easy.
<<Ingredients (for one)>>
Soymilk and one banana.
<<Recipe>>
Put the banana and soymilk into a mixer, then mix.
For a better result, add a little warm water.

There're also variations for banana soymilk. For more info,
let's move on to the next page.

If you like topping for your drink, we can offer you a couple of options.
Don't worry. They are highly nutritious, good for diet, and
good for beauty .
Choose what you think is most convenient for you.
* Ground Sesame (surigoma):
Nutritious food,
no doubt. But it's not something that you consume in large amount,
isn't it?
* Soybean Flour (kinako):
Yes, it's another of soybean's
product. I'm sure you know how good it is for health, but do
you use it often? Why don't you check your kitchen cabinet?
It might be hiding untouched somewhere inside.
* Protein:
I'm talking about the ones that are sold commercially on the
market. Especially good for those
who tend to
miss
their
breakfast.
On days
like Sunday, when you don't feel like waking up in the morning,
drink a glass of this for breakfast as a supplement until
lunch, before you go back to sleep.
* Healthy Juice:
Some people just don't like
the original flavor of healthy juices such as aloe juice for
example. But mixing it with banana soymilk might do trick.
* Cocoa Flour:
It might change the soymilk
flavor, but why not? It contains "polyphenols" (potential strong
antioxidants) and fibers, so it's worth it.

While you at it, try also Chinese cabbage (komatsuna)
, spinach, cabbage, carrot, etc. You'll probably end up with
a powerful
vegetable juice.
Next is a recipe for a warm health drink.
coming soon!
sorry for the inconvenience.
