FAT BURNING
Fat
Burning Process
Wanna
burn fat? Then do aerobics.
It's that simple.
By
the way, "aerobics" is a form of exercise which speed up your
breathing, increase your heartbeat, and increse the amount of
oxygen in your blood.
**taken
straight from the dictionary.
The
key word here is "aero", equals "air", equals "oxygen".
Got it?
It's an exercise that demands you to inhale more frequent
than usual.
Walking, jogging, swimming, and cycling are the examples.
These
are how breath helps you to diet:
1. The fat enters your body system through food, then it enters
your blood-stream.
2. The oxygen that get into your blood, join the fat.
3. The combination of the two then burns,
gone
with the wind.
So
you see, you need to take enough oxygen into your blood stream.
And to do so, you need to do reasonable degree of aerobics.
And I mean resonable - neither too much nor
too little.
One
other thing.
The fat you burn here, is the one that just entered you body.
The fat that already stored before, the body-fat, will burn
after 20-30 minutes of exercise.
Why,
you said?
Because an enzyme called "lipase", is needed to breakdown body-fat.
But the enzyme also needs a
certain body temperature to activate.
And it usually takes 20-30 minutes of exercise, to reach the right
temperature (1-2 degree above normal).
Wanna
burn body-fat as soon as you start to exercise?
Boy, aren't we all in a rush.
Well,
it's just so happen that you can activate the lipase faster
by force.
One of the way is by taking "amino acid".
And you can do that through "Amino Acid Diet".

Just to be clear:
Aerobics: heartbeat rise about 10% + breathe quickly, loudly, with mouth open.
Non Aerobics: heartbeat rise about 30% + have trouble breathing or be out of
breath.
